Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition with tags attached.
Items not eligible for return:
Items marked Final Sale
Customized or personalized items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Gift cards
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to help.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at info@gavchanfoundation.com with your order number and the exchange request.
We will provide instructions for returning your original item.
Once received and inspected, we will send your replacement item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns for Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and approved.
Refunds Do Not Include:
Original shipping costs
Return shipping label cost
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@gavchanfoundation.com
with:
Order number
Photos of damage or incorrect item
Packaging photo if applicable
We will replace the item at no cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the item is missing:
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Once your return is approved, you will receive return mailing instructions.
